Recommend a suite printer

So the suite printer a HP 3800 is printing so badly no one can argue it's time to replace it and something I've been wanting to do for a long time. The 3800 is very old, not quite sure how old but I bet older than the year 6 pupils who are leaving next month.

 

What we are looking for is something gives good cheap colour prints and should we buy outright or lease?

I've got a few of the Ricoh IM C300's on lease direct from Ricoh, not had a single issue and the cost has been decent
