clareq Posted May 26, 2020 Posted May 26, 2020 So, what's the best way to set this up? We have a single MAT 365 tenancy, (mat.sharepoint.com) and we would like a separate sharepoint site for each school, ideally school1.mat.sharepoint.com, school2.mat.sharepoint.com, etc. Is this do-able?
clareq Posted May 27, 2020 Author Posted May 27, 2020 Anyone - what I'm finding on line tells me it's not possible, so what is the best thing to do?
Soulfish Posted May 27, 2020 Posted May 27, 2020 So the short answer is this isn't possible in SharePoint Online. You are limited to two managed paths within SharePoint Online: tenant.sharepoint.com/sites/ and tenant.sharepoint.com/teams/ So you could create separate SharePoint sites under one of those for each school i.e. tenant.sharepoint.com/sites/school1 tenant.sharepoint.com/sites/school2 tenant.sharepoint.com/sites/school3 2
clareq Posted May 27, 2020 Author Posted May 27, 2020 Thank you. I think that is the way we are going to go.
