As an

ICT

Apprentice, you will be working within an exciting, customer-focused

ICT

Department helping teachers, staff and students with their day-to-day

ICT

queries. Alongside your apprentice training, you will be responsible for maintaining PCs, laptops, printers, photocopiers and other end-user hardware whilst

enhancing your problem solving skills and customer-focused attributes to resolve issues quickly, politely and to the satisfaction of the end user.

 

Off-the-job training will also be provided so passion and enthusiasm for

ICT

is more important than skills & experience. This is the ideal opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in
