Minecraft Access

Hi,

 

We allow our students to access Minecraft, and recently it has been ok in terms of access.

 

Lately, I have noticed a few students (who connect wirelessly) have not been able to even sign in to Minecraft. I tested the same computer/account with a cabled connection, and it connects fine.

 

We use a Ruckus Wireless infrastructure (ZD1200) with mostly 610's around the campus.

 

They authenticate via Radius with encryption.

 

My question is, if this is a latency issue, or a delay caused by the wireless authentication process, is there anything I can do about it?
