mrstrong Posted April 1, 2020 Posted April 1, 2020 I'm hoping this is an easy one We use office 365 A1 plan, all in browser OWA rather than desktop outlook client Basically I need an email like say [email protected]-domain that parents etc can send queries to. I want to allow several existing people to monitor/check this mailbox and also be able to reply, but when they reply I don't want the parents to be able to see their "real" email address if that makes sense?!
TechMonkey Posted April 1, 2020 Posted April 1, 2020 Set up a Shared Mailbox. Many users can then be set up access, or even send as permissions. It doesn't use a license as you can't log in directly. To access it will either be added to their Outlook or with OWA click their face in the top right, select open other mailbox and enter the email and it will be opened in a new tab. The Outlook app can also add shared mailboxes now. 1
