UE-V location issue

Hi

Got a strange UE-V issue with our users. I try to explain as best as I can. We have a policy to set users UE-V profile to go to their user area documents that seems to be working correctly, most of the time. The problem we are having is that on occasion the users UEV profile will go to the root of the staff profile share with the name %username%, when checking it has the correct permission for the user. I have checked the UE-V logs and cannot see any issues. Anyone got any idea?? It will randomly go back to the correct location.
