Installing NetSupport DNA Client on Mac - How to?

We have some Macs on which we want to install the DNA Agent. The DNA Server is a Windows machine.

We download the dmg file from the NetSupport website and try to install on a Mac but during the install process we get an error "Developer cannot be verified" and the install fails.

I am not too familiar with MacOS so can anyone provide any help?

 

I have looked at the NetSupport DNA article on this but it mentions Apple Remote Desktop which I we don't have.

 

Can someone please step me through the install process ?
