Hi All,

 

Anyone Sims schools fancy voting on a change request - it affects anyone using Sims to handle report cards. We're only a mid sized(400 students) independent school but have recently lost several report comments due to the way Behavior 7 saves the data.

When entering a comment on a report card Sims currently uploads all comments(including blanks) rather than just the one that staff member has entered, if two staff members open a report card at the same time, enter a comment and then save only the latest comment saved will be retained.

 

Also If a staff member opens a report card, leaves it open in the background then returns, enters a comment and saves ALL comments saved in the mean time would be lost.

 

Sims either needs to upload one comment at a time OR there needs to be a warning against saving when a card has been open for more than x minutes.
