chrvnl Posted February 7, 2020 Posted February 7, 2020 Hi! I'm looking into systems we can use for Lesson Plan submission. I'm thinking of using OneDrive but I need a more organised platform so it is easier for our department heads to track. If you are not using one, what's your practice in your school? Thanks in advance for any response.
mavhc Posted February 7, 2020 Posted February 7, 2020 Not seen anyone use anything except a word processor really. A fully integrated system would be amazing, here's the class list, with SEN needs highlighted. Here's their previous attendance in the subject, x missed the last 4 lessons so will be behind. Here's the curriculum broken down into strands, and here's everyone's current assessed levels. And here's the lesson bank, drag and drop, highlight who'll need extra help automatically. And then assess the pupils on what they've learned and update the database, with photos/videos/their online submissions No way that would ever get working in practise though, would require standard formats, integration with MIS (so in practise a module for your MIS), and learning platform (This is after someone makes a good learning platform for the pupils to use), and still be flexible enough for every teacher to be able to teach a wide range of subjects 1
