Web outlook app for shared mailbox and cleanup option

Hi guysI need advise/help again. We have shared mailboxes on office 365 which needs archiving as pst file every 3 months.That part is done now I need to clean up the mailbox but cleanup option has apparently disapeared from options. It is available for my personnel mailbox but not for shared mailbox.If I click on settings, I cannot find any cleanup mailbox option even for my personal mailbox but could see it with this old link I fould on internet https://outlook.office.com/owa/?path=/options/mailboxcleanup# I modified above link for mailbox and it is still picking up new setting link.New link for settings is following and i cannot see cleanmailbox option under it.https://outlook.office.com/mail/options/mail/layoutNo licesnce is attached to this mailbox and please do not ask me to attach any as it is not possible. I just need to know what is the alternative of Cleanup mailbox option as it was there for shared mailboxes but not anymore and it is annoying

Just in case anyone else come across this problem , cleanup option has to access manuall from web app for office 365 shared mailbox.
