Spreadsheet for Rolling Program of replacements

Hi all, I am going to be doing a spreadsheet that shows:

outgoing expenses like SIMS costs, Internet costs etc.

Number of PCs and monitors that need replacing over 5 years and the costs. I tended to break it down by each year with the cost and location of each PC and monitor, I then need to add this up with the annual costs from the above. That will then show total yearly costs for the school. They can then see costs in year 3, 4 and then year 5 will show the PCs we've just replaced.

 

Would anyone have a template or a screen shot (figures blanked out of course!) to give me some ideas? First time I've approached this, we just need to provide costings for the school over 5 years.

 

I know my costs for the annuals, also I have prices for the PCs and monitors, I have a full audit.
