ticktock Posted January 24, 2020 Posted January 24, 2020 Hi. I have an office 365 account that falls over every time the user tries to attach a file to an email. I was wondering if anyone has seen this before. No other accounts are affected and I have tried on different browsers and different machines. I'm at the point where I'm wondering if the account is corrupt.
6Foot2 Posted January 24, 2020 Posted January 24, 2020 Thoughts: Has it always happened t this account, or has it begun recently? Does it happen with all attachments, or does it happen with large files where you have to use cloud attachment? [Perhaps cloud storage space is completely used/no free space remaining?] 1
ticktock Posted January 24, 2020 Author Posted January 24, 2020 Started this afternoon. It won't even let them browse for an attachment just an instant error message. Really weird.
6Foot2 Posted January 24, 2020 Posted January 24, 2020 OK. Try deleting the user's network profile (If you have roaming profiles?) Try a different station? Try a different browser? (If using browser based Outlook?) Try the desktop app? (If other browsers don't work) 1
ticktock Posted January 24, 2020 Author Posted January 24, 2020 I have just got home and tried it on my home PC and it's working. I then logged into work on the remote and it's working there as well!!! Must have been Microsoft doing something in the background. Another few hours wasted... Many thanks for your help again @DaveP 1
