technoguy414 Posted January 18, 2020 Posted January 18, 2020 How do I enable a user to perform password resets? Specifically, for student accounts or a group?
Roberto Posted January 18, 2020 Posted January 18, 2020 You’ll want to look at rights delegation in Azure AD. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/users-groups-roles/roles-concept-delegation
chaplic Posted January 19, 2020 Posted January 19, 2020 Delegation itself won't let you dictate the audience. There's something called Azure AD Administrative Units which is akin to an OU that you can apply rights to. I've not heard much about it recently (I saw it in private beta) but it does appear to be a thing now, so give that a try, would be interested in the outcome too.
