BlueNine Posted December 19, 2019 Posted December 19, 2019 This is probably a long shot, but does anyone know of a way to auto create a Google account when creating an AD/O365 account?
snagrat Posted December 19, 2019 Posted December 19, 2019 You can sync AD to Google, which would do this. 1
robyholmes Posted December 19, 2019 Posted December 19, 2019 Have a look at this: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/saas-apps/google-apps-tutorial 1
BlueNine Posted December 19, 2019 Author Posted December 19, 2019 Brilliant thank you! Is it done via a script/GPO?
snagrat Posted December 19, 2019 Posted December 19, 2019 For AD Sync, look at https://support.google.com/a/answer/106368?hl=en
TechMonkey Posted December 19, 2019 Posted December 19, 2019 To add to @robyholmes answer you want to follow the linked article https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/azure/active-directory/saas-apps/google-apps-provisioning-tutorial to have user provision. Then follow https://svdbusse.github.io/SemiAnnualChat/2019/08/17/OrgUnitPath-G.-Suite-Azure-AD-Provisioning.html to get users into the correct OUs. All of that, including Roby's link, is native Azure AD, no scripts or GPO needed.
