Remove Open File Option

Hi,

 

Sorry if this has been asked before.

We have just moved to the new version of the software and was wondering if there was a way to remove the open file option.

We like to keep the backup files around on the laptops, in case of the documents being lost and we don't want students to open backup exams.

If not but you have another suggestion that can help, please let me know.
