Meru MC3200 with AP320 none of the Mobile devices cannot connect

Hi

 

We have a school with Fortinet MC3200 and AP320is

 

recently they reported issue that none of their Mobile devices are able to connect to WIFI and keep getting error "wrong key". We know that key is correct and have about 30 laptops all connecting fine.

 

initially we thought its iOS devices only however, school has confirmed even Android devices are not connecting regardless of OS version.

 

We have updated the firmware and have followed the info given at

no luck so far. any help will be highly appreciated.
