DFs causing documents to revert back to previous day.

Hi

 

We have two servers in to different site connected over the internet. Both servers have dfs setup and replicate information between the two sites. Ever since we had a ransomware attack and the server A was restored we have been having issues with documents reverting back to previous day at random occasions.

 

I was told to break the sync between the server and setup dfs again once things calm down.

 

What is the best method to use without causing data loss?
