Allowing YouTube in Fortigate

We have just been switched across to Fortigate for our web filtering, but, as usual, the training hasn't yet happened. Staff are complaining that they cannot access youtube videos they could access before. From what I can see, Safe Search has been enabled, and YouTube access set to moderate. How do I allow youtube videos that aren't in the allowed list?

They need to log in with their gsuite account, and in gsuite you need to say they're teachers who can allow youtube videos

That would be great, if we weren't a 365 school. No GSuite.

Well, easy enough to set up, don't have to enable any services except youtube. Doesn't seem anything to do with fortigate though, what system were you using before?

 

Sign up for GSuite, either sync from AD (password sync requires everyone resets their password), or set up to auth from O365

Watchguard. With Fortigate if I turn on Safesearch it turns it on for everything, I can't set it granularly. I'll have to ask about setting up GSuite - that's not my call I'm afraid. Edited November 13, 2019 by clareq
