EduGeek iOS app not available anymore

Hi All,

 

I’ve been having issues with notifications etc... when upgrading to iOS 13, so today I deleted the app and tried to look for it in the AppStore and nothing. I search google and found it but when I clicked on it and it redirected me back to AppStore it said it wasn’t available for my country, here in the UK.

 

Admins please can you sort this issue out so we can redownload it, thanks.

I believe the notification issue you are having is a bug in iOS13 with background app refresh and the memory management being too aggressive with closing background applications. Upgrading to iOS 13.2.2 should fix your issue.

I’ve had to delete a few apps and restore them all all works fine afterwards.

It should be appearing soon. Apples renewal didn’t go through properly.

Regarding the notifications. It is a big right now we hope to get fixed with a new app as soon as it’s out.

At that point normal Tapatalk probably won’t work.
