Jobos Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 On Inventry should the data purge be enabled as our Inventry backup file has grown to 373MB. I would have thought it should be to remove old visitor records with GDPR and all that.

They then called me to ask if it would be OK to connect and clean up the database. Perhaps we have a different support contract from InVentry than you do?

If I were to take a shot in the dark 15 GB seems to strike a chord for some reason... Edit: I found an archived E-Mail from InVentry Support: ...We have had an automated email sent from your Inventry system to advise that your database is getting close to 10GB in size. In order to stop you from having issues related to the database size, We would like to remote on to shrink the size of this... Edited October 28, 2019 by 6Foot2 1
