eDiscovery error on exchange 2013

Hi All,

 

I'm trying to run an eDiscovery report on exchange 2013 and get this error:

 

An unknown error occurred on the search server. Please contact your administrator for assistance. The message from the search server is 'The request failed. The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.'.

 

Can anyone help me tofind out what the error means.
