Hi all,

We have some Chromebooks that we use in a classroom environment. We use Azure AD to log them on which works fine. We have 2 SSIDs configured, the first one being "per device", which is secured via a PSK and is used to allow the user to get to the login splash screen. We then have another SSID that is configured using 802.1x and is per user. I think I'm right in thinking that once logged in, the Chromebook should automatically switch over to the more secure network (the 802.1x) and in the majority of cases it does but for some Chromebooks, it doesn't seem to automatically do it, leaving the teacher to manually switch over from the locked down device SSID.

Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening?

Thanks in advance.
