InTune - Android - Knox - Outlook Shared Mailbox

Hi, I have just deployed 800 mobiles across the UK using KNOX and InTune - all has gone very well policies etc (usual issues with users and passwords...)

 

However, one issue has come to light and I cannot find a solution anywhere.

 

When trying to add a Shared mailbox to Android Outlook. I get the attached error message.

 

Any ideas or pointers to try and resolve this will be gratefully received.
