Printing issues

Hey all

 

I seem to be having loads of random issues with Starr being able to print, some user are saying when they go to chrome they get a message saying no printers installed.

 

Other users are having issues when printing from word or Excel it will just crash and reopen.

 

Anyone else seeing these issues

Have you deployed or installed a windows update KB4524147?

 

Uninstall it if so.
