[sims] How do you show that the school is closed for a specific year group

Morning all,

 

I add lesson monitor marks for a specific year group so that it shows that the school was closed for them.

 

Any idea on how I would do this? the # code is in attendance setup - codes list but not when I try to input it in Lesson Monitor?

 

Any ideas?

Focus > Lesson Monitor > Exceptional Circumstances.

 

Apply the # code to the relevant year group but double check the selected students and date range first!
