Prevent OneDrive automatic installation

We've just upgraded to Windows 10 and I've got AppLocker configured. On first logon users are getting an access denied message straight after logon which appears to be OneDrive attempting to install.

 

I would just allow OneDrive to install however our older PCs perform quite poorly while this happens.

 

Has anyone managed to prevent the installation from attempting to start?

 

I've assured everyone that this can be ignored and is no issue but yet the complaints still keep coming in

Strip it out of the run key (per user) It runs onedrivesetup.exe on first login.
