[sims] Error Code 1456-6768-3000 - Something weird with admissions

Hello there!

 

We have just admitted the Year 12 intake for this year. When we did so there was an error with one student preventing it from continuing. We solved this and ran admission a second time. This time it admitted everyone fine.

 

However now we have several year 12's appearing as duplicates in some class lists. When we look up these students in Student Details, they appear once but when we click on them we receive the following error:

 

 

Any ideas before I contact support?

Were the Y12's who are duplicated in class lists previously in Y11? If so, go into Focus > Admission > Applicant and delete their admission record.

Unfortunately not, they are all external candidates...

 

It seems to be the first 5 or so on the list we admitted.

Ah, you were right after all!

 

They weren't appearing there, but when we tried to delete them using Delete Student, they di appear in Applicants as "Withdrawal" we then deleted them from there and re-added them. All good now!
