No "2019" Available in PI Reports in SIMS? Halp? :/

Hi all, got in to this one.

 

In Tools - Examinations - PI Reports we run off an exam report, but the "season" option doesn't show 2019 as available.

 

Anyone else got this/had this/fixed this?

Tools > Examinations > PI Setup - is June 2019 set as the current season. Does 2019 show in the bottom panel of that screen?

Hi - Thank you! Yes PI Setup page shows Current Season as Summer Season 2019. The 'Clone' box at the bottom of the page has the option to clone from 2018, but 2018 and 2019 are available. Think the exams officer does all that part, but anything to change there?

Exams Embargo is set up in Exams Organiser - Tools > School Setup > Results Embargo. Unless you are on of the exceptions whilst the emabargo is in place you won't be able to run any 2019 reports.
