Group Policy Hide Specific Drive

Hello All,

 

On a domain we have a group policy set up to hide the C drive from users settings, set as Restrict C drive only, but when typing C:\ to the address bar in file explorer it shows an error message about the drive being restricted.

I would like to be able to go into the C drive if typing it in manually for admin purposes when needing to access the drive, i know you can edit this in the registry but would like to do this via Group policy.
