Printing/exporting All Linked Documents

Hi all,

 

We regularly need to print all linked documents for a student when sending off school files etc. The only way we know is by individually opening each document and then printing. For students who have alot of linked documents, this can take a very long time.

Does anyone know if there is a way to either export all the linked documents for one student or printing in bulk all linked documents?

Your only option in SIMS is to do them individually, but there are 3rd party products that allow you to manage your linked documents (including bulk export) e.g. DMSA for SIMS

You could use Salamander Software, you can get them to do a routine for you which would do this.
