Scratch Desktop 3.4 Installation for All Users

I need to install Scratch 3.4 Desktop onto several IT suites in school running Windows 10. When you install however, it'll only install for the current user instead of all users. There's no options during setup to customize the installation like you usually have with other programs. When you then login with a different account, e.g. pupil account, you cannot access the software.

 

Has anyone found a good work around for this yet? I've just tried copying the installation files from where it installed to the current user "C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Programs\scratch-desktop" into "C:\program files (x86)". Then I copied a shortcut to the .exe file onto the public desktop. This seemed to work with basic testing but seems like a bit of a fudge and I have a concern that when the pupils come back after the summer that it may fall over with certain features as I can't really fully test it.
