Adobe CC Uninstall

I am trying to deploy Adobe CC to Win10 1903

 

Install:

Command line install (setup.exe --silent) works OK for both Acrobat DC and the full Adobe CC suite.

 

Uninstall:

I run Powershell to remove Acrobat DC but this doesn't work with any of the other Adobe Apps.

Adobe say I should be suing the CreativeCloudCleaner tool but this doesn't seem to run remotely, access denied. There isn't any 'create an uninstall package' anymore since moving to the new Adobe console. How can I remove old Adobe CC installs?
