[1809, ou] Windows 10 calculator, 3Dpaint apps

Some of my users automatically get calculator, 3Dpaint, etc apps installed and others don't... what could be the reason for this?

 

Store and consumer experiences are off for everyone

existing profiles?

 

if they have roaming profiles or logged on before the apps were removed then they will stay on their profile

delete the profile is the only way i found

I have deleted the prof from the server but still installs the apps on the next login... - could there be something else I am missing?

local cached copy of the profile so you delete on the server tey log in on some pc that still has a copy of their profile it copies that back to the server apps and all

I have also deleted the cached prof from PCs but no luck...
