free780 Posted June 10, 2019 Posted June 10, 2019 Hi Has anyone had the issue of large Excel files (16MB) being locked by Windows Defender on a file server. On access AV is enabled. Strangely it only occurs via RDS connections and not from standard Windows 10 Education clients. An error saying the file has been locked by 'another user' appears. This is using Office 365 ProPlus 1904 (11601.20230). Has anybody else encountered this? RDS Hosts are Windows Server 2016.
