IT Technician – North / West London * URGENT *

Salary - £25,500 - £27,500 dependent on experience

(Benefits include mileage, pension, 26 days annual leave entitlement etc.)

 

This is a full time, permanent position

Our client, a Multi-Academy Trust, are currently looking for an experienced IT Technician to provide 1^st/2^nd line support, covering a number of the trust sites across North and West London with occasional visits to Cambridge.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the ICT network, with responsibilities including the configuration of workstations hardware and software, reporting, developing and maintaining the trusts Management Information Systems.

 

Essential Technical Skills:

 

· Active Directory

· Windows 7 / 8 / 10

· Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019

· Microsoft Office

· Microsoft Exchange

· Apple OS X

· Mobile Devices including iPhone / Android / iPad

· SAN / LAN / WAN / VLAN

· SQL

· Switches / Routers / Cabling / Firewalls

· VoIP

 

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:

 

· HP Networking exposure

· Citrix CCA

· Apple MAC Certifications

· ITIL based methodologies
