Hi, we looking to moving away from Impero and would like to purchase NetSupport. We have been testing for the last 60 days and really like it. The FD has asked me to contact other schools for references. Would anyone be so kind as to help me out.

We use NetSupport School in our IT suites and teaching staff seem to like it. We don't use it for IT Support, so I can't really add anything else.

 

We also use NetSupport DNA for safeguarding and I do use that quite a bit. It's simple enough for Pastoral staff to use and has taken a workload off IT support. Happy to help with a reference is required.

That would be great if you could. We are looking to purchase DNA for the safeguarding and reports. Hopefully reduce the false positives that we currently receive.

 

I am happy to order now but the FD likes to be really thorough and makes sure that he gets some other opinions before parting with money.
