Starboard (TE-SN84) Flat Panel Issues

Hi there,

 

Looking for some help and advice.

 

I have a Customer using an Hitachi TE-SN84 Starboard and they are having issues using the functionality of one of our Classroom Presentation Tools, and i'm wondering if anyone is aware, or has experienced issues themselves? They have the latest version of the Starboard Software installed on their laptops but the Pen doesn't function within the CPT at all.

 

I have a Promethean ActivPanel and it works perfectly fine.
