Automated ICT Acceptable Use Policy Acceptance

Hi,

 

Can anyone provide pointers on how to get users to accept policies automatically on first sign in. I would actually like them to digitally sign the policies etc, if possible. We maintain hard copies of each policy document, and it is becoming a nightmare when they get updated to get everyone to sign them.

There used to be AUP Informant, but it looks to be long dead.

I created a custom checkbox in our MIS to note weather the policy was signed and if not the account was disabled. This was for students, and I did give them a grace period.

A quick solution would be to assign an AD field, or something in the MIS.

If this is for staff, create a report / mail merge asking them to sign by X date. If it isn't signed disable accounts.

We now used a third party product for forms management, so we can pull reports with it and users can electronically sign.

However they are a small local company and I doubt they are setup for international customers. They also have a few bugs to work out with our MIS integration before I'd recommend them.
