What if you want everything to be the same (like in seconds, or in minutes) but track 1 has only 30 seconds and track 2 has 45 seconds, what will you do to make it the same? Also how to make the tracks slow down or make it faster?

Track 1 will just go silent and track 2 will just carry on when you produce the sound file. If you want them to keep playing at the same time you will either need to loop part or all of track 1 or slow it down, which will probably not have the desired response.
