Enable/Disable Chromebook Webcam on Schedule

Hello. I have been searching for a way to enable/disable a Chromebook's webcam on a schedule. We do not want students to have access to the webcam during the evening hours. There is no way to do that directly through the Admin Console to my knowledge. UIt has been suggested that we try Lightspeed Relay, but while I am waiting to do the demo, I figured I would ask here. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I might do this?
