Does anyone know of a user guide for Progresso other than a you Tube video?

Do you have access to the progresso support service? If you search for 'manuals' you should find much of the documentation. I think one of the progresso training staff also put a more complete set of documentation somewhere on the web, but I can't recall where right now. There's also the online help, but to be honest it's pretty poor. Are you researching or using the product, as in the circumstances, I'd strongly recommend buying in some dedicated training.

There are full manuals available for every module via support. I agree that training is vital for some of them though.
