The IT Support Specialist role is a key role in the ongoing development of the IT Services Team at Humankind. The key part of this role will be to provide onsite support to enable Humankind to meet its mission in providing services that meet people’s complex health and social needs.

 

This role will act as an escalation point for the IT Service and will be required to assist in all areas of IT.

 

The IT Support Specialist role will require some travel to sites across the organisation to attend team meetings, and to assist with gathering business requirements
