DHCP is renewing lease IP addresses to the mobile clients where as the router is not showing these clients connected to any access points. What it means?

Are the devices plugged in via a network cable?

Devices work on Wi-fi. So on the wi-fi controller the mac address of these mobile devices are not seen.
