Koldov Posted November 9, 2018 Posted November 9, 2018 AAAAAAAAAAAGH!!!!!!!!!!1111 Last thing on a Friday, this is not what I need! Literally as the children were filing in for assembly, I was called by the Headmaster to find out why this video wouldn't play from his link in the Power Point he had made... BBC Schools - Poppies video I presume it's a Flash issue, but I thought that was built in now? We are running Win 10 1607 LTSB and IE11.
6Foot2 Posted November 9, 2018 Posted November 9, 2018 I initially had the same message (Browser: Chrome) but when I clicked the 'Download Flash' link it skipped to enabling flash, after which the clip started to play: Don't see the video at all in IE11, just a blank space where it should be. Connecting from home.
mrwoberts Posted November 9, 2018 Posted November 9, 2018 Best way would be to allow your safe sites through Chrome GPO Computer \ Administrative Templates \ Google \ Google Chrome \ Content Settings \ Allow the Flash plug-in on these sites Add your bbc.co.uk site and any others that you trust It seems even the 'Ask to allow' option in Chrome doesn't really ask, so we just use this method.
