IT Cloud Technician - Birmingham - £18,000 - £20,000

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join BFC Networks and help our customers with deployments of Office 365 and also our new provisioning tool.

 

We have new offices based in Birmingham and looking to build and grow with the individual being a key member of a small team.

 

• Tasks will including preparing and running Office 365 migrations (email and data)
  
• Implementing our Provisio365 provisioning engine and ensure it is kept up to date
  
• Help with development of our product giving our customers the best opportunity they can from an education tenant
  
• Dealing with day to day support queries from customers
  
• Working with the latest and great from Microsoft and helping to understand and deploy this to our customers either through Office 365, Microsoft 365, Azure or client technologies.
