SIMS : From Mark Sheets to Reports for Analysis

With no training, I have managed to do all the mark sheets, aspects, templates and the lot.

 

This week staff are inputting their Effort and Achievement grades.

 

I am not sure how to do the next step.

 

I want Middle leaders to analyse the data in their departments. The Head of Secondary will need to have some form of whole year group reports so he can look at trends and get the pastoral team started with intervention strategy.

 

I have done all of this on the front end but creating it from the back end is all new. I have been told that they are planning training for me.... Holding my breath!

 

Can someone please give me some guidance PLEASE ?
