Advent X700 Sound Drivers

I have this laptop with Win 10 and the sound has gone - tried all sorts of installing and uninstalling

 

Not sure if it didn't happen after an update. I have version 1803.

 

The Advent website doesn't exist for downloads

 

Any advice ?

might be worth looking at a driver updater software such as Iobit driver booster (the free version), but be careful, it can mess up some systems. I normally only use it if I can't find a driver from somewhere, usually for legacy kit. Oh and watch out for bloatware when installing too, they just love it!
