Server 2012 Failing to install update 2018-07 Security & Quality Rollup

Hi there, I have a 2012 R2 which seems to be failing to install this update:

 

It has been going on for a very long time. Has anyone else had this issue and managed to find a way around it?

The fails go off of the screen:

Thanks. Ok, I have tried searching installed updates to see if it has already gone through but it is not coming back with any results and the list of failed is huge due to this stupid one not going through.

I have been onto our WSUS server, found the update in question and removed it so it is now hidden from view.

 

There is another pending which is Microsoft .Net Framework 4.7.2 for Windows Server 2012 R2 for x64 (KB4054566). This one is also failing with error code 80092004.

 

It just seems it is failure after failure on this server.
