[sims] SIMS Timetable Help Please

HI -

 

I have uploaded the timetable from NOVA - T to Sims - The timetables are showing for the kids and the staff but there are no lesson registers in Lesson Monitor!

 

I have assigned the students by scheme, Any Idea what I have missed/am doing wrong?

Have you applied the Timetable (Tools | Academic Management | Apply Timetable)?

Have you done the lesson monitor setup (Tools | Setups | Lesson Monitor Options | Lesson Monitor Setup)?

yeah I have tried both of those! Its just super weird!

Get your SIMS support to dial in and have a look. There are too many possibilities to go through on a forum without having a look at the system in question

p.s. make sure you've mapped your timetable days to actual calendar days
