Sharp Display Connect - unattend install??

We have just had 30 x 65" Sharp Screen installed and I can deploy all the software except for the Display Connect software which requires a Serial Number being entered.

 

The install file is an InstallShield Setup.exe which uses an MSI

 

I have tried the following:

 

setup.exe /r /f1"MyFile.iss"

 

and no answer file is recorded.

 

I have extracted the MSI and tried

 

msiexec /i "Software.msi" /qb SERIALNUMBER=XXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXXXX

 

I dont really want to have to manually enter the serial number!

 

Anyone managed to deply this with a serial number?
